| ‘The Media City’ presents a night session with façade projections consisting of a number of large-scale art projections at Stadsdeelkantoor’s façade, in the Westergasfabriek on Friday, April 2. The projected images explore cultural fields such as digital media & VJ culture, urbanism, architecture, art and social interaction. The artworks will merge the material and immaterial in an attempt to redefine the skin of the building. |

| An international group of artists populates the fifty workshops in Amsterdam's Royal Academy of Fine Arts. The resident artists working for two years in a studio of their own research, experiments, projects and production. In addition to extensive technical facilities there is also a library, artists' documentation and art collections. All year the artists work behind closed doors, but once a year the public is welcome. |
| Identity: An Imagined State, brings together for the first time works by twelve established and emerging artists of different cultural, geographic and social backgrounds from Nigeria, Africa, and South America. |
